3月7日中午，我們公司嘉欣和心怡在上海浦東機場接到了哥廷根大學醫(yī)療中心神經(jīng)外科主任、德國神經(jīng)外科學會前主席Rohde教授。他來中國了。煙花三月下江南。這是無錫市人民醫(yī)院的國際客座教授，也是2026年首位來中國的著名教授。當天下午我們帶他去一個特別的地方（當年法租界望志路106號）參觀。這就是中國共產(chǎn)黨一大會址。每一個來到上海的著名外國專家我們都會帶他們來到此地。我想讓他們更進一步了解我們偉大的新中國是怎么建立起來的。19世紀中葉由于清政府的腐敗無能和八國聯(lián)軍的入侵，中國徹底淪為了半殖民地半封建社會。1912年1月1日中華民國建立了。辛亥革命孫中山推翻了帝制，卻造成了軍閥混戰(zhàn)，官僚資本魚肉百姓。1918年一戰(zhàn)結(jié)束，我們贏得了歐戰(zhàn)，卻贏不了國土。1919年五四運動爆發(fā)，中國知識分子由于接受了馬列主義新思想，他們開始覺醒。在這種重重困局之下，1921年7月23日來自北京、上海、長沙、武漢、廣州、濟南的13位知識分子來到上海召開了中共一大。共產(chǎn)國際也派了兩位外國友人前來支援參會。這13位知識分子，他們大多數(shù)人會講流利的英文，他們?nèi)种挥泻Ｍ饬魧W背景，當時全中國僅僅只有58位黨員，中國共產(chǎn)黨用了28年的漫長時間經(jīng)歷了重重艱難困境共計370萬人民的犧牲，1949年10月1日我們最終在北京建立了民主自由平等的新中國。我們這個國家就是用無數(shù)先輩的鮮血和生命給我們現(xiàn)在14億人民換來的盛世中華。我們的樓上樓下電燈電話，我們平靜幸福的日月年華，我們現(xiàn)在是全球的第二大經(jīng)濟體。3月8日晚上，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療三人團隊在惠山古鎮(zhèn)的林家一餐廳與Rohde 教授餐敘。這是一家米其林餐廳。它是朱熹的老宅子，800多年的歷史，非常的古色古香，當天晚上既有古箏表演，又有琵琶表演。我讓小姑娘專門彈了張若虛的《春江花月夜》。這是中國十大名曲。當晚我?guī)ohde教授看了溪山第一樓。兩側(cè)有朱熹親自題字的“入則孝，出則忠”，800多年前的古人就告訴我們：一個真正有品德的人在家里就要遵從孝道。出門做事要遵從忠誠。朱熹是宋朝著名的理學家和文學家。當天下午，公司的兩位同事還陪著Rohde 教授去了乾隆皇帝最愛的寄暢園。清帝七次下江南，六次來無錫惠山。這才是真正的江南第一名園。一步一景。生動活潑，借光借影，獨特自然。無錫黿頭渚的櫻花也開了。周末工作結(jié)束之后，我們還陪著Rohde 教授去蕩口古鎮(zhèn)。這是《國史大綱》的作者錢穆年少長大的地方。也是偉大的科學家錢偉長的家鄉(xiāng)。名人輩出。全中國三級甲等醫(yī)院1876家，我們只服務于中國200家三甲醫(yī)院。因為這個世界上最偉大的關(guān)鍵學術(shù)領(lǐng)袖只能服務我們?nèi)袊?00家醫(yī)院。所以我們在全中國找到200位正直的書記或院長。現(xiàn)在的60后70后80后的書記院長有理想有追求的人我們都能在全中國找到。當知足高于一切，幸福便貫徹一生。

At noon on March 7, Jiaxin and Xinyi from Gloryren picked Prof. Rohde up at Shanghai Pudong International Airport. He is the Director of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University Medical Center G?ttingen and former President of the German Society of Neurosurgery(DGNC). In the misty, blossom-filled March, he has come to China and has begun his journey in the Jiangnan region.He visits us as an International Visiting Professor of Wuxi People’s Hospital, and is the first renowned professor to visit China in 2026. That same afternoon, we took him to a very special place for a visit: 106 Rue Wantz, the former French Concession. This is the site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China.We bring every distinguished international expert visiting Shanghai to this site. I want them to gain a deeper understanding of how the People’s Republic of China was founded. In the mid-19th century, due to the corruption and incompetence of the Qing government and the invasion by the Eight-Nation Alliance, China was completely reduced to a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society.The Republic of China was founded on January 1, 1912. The 1911 Revolution led by Sun Yat-sen overthrew the imperial system, yet it was followed by warlord conflicts and bureaucratic capitalist class that exploited the people. World War I ended in 1918. Although China was on the winning side, it still could not safeguard its own territory and sovereignty.The May Fourth Movement broke out in 1919. Chinese intellectuals awakened as they embraced the new ideas of Marxism-Leninism. Amid these multiple crises, on July 23, 1921, 13 intellectuals from Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha, Wuhan, Guangzhou and Jinan gathered in Shanghai to hold the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The Communist International also sent two international representatives to support and attend the Congress. Most of these 13 intellectuals spoke fluent English, and one-third had overseas study experience. At that time, there were only 58 Party members across China. The Communist Party of China spent 28 long years overcoming countless hardships and enduring the sacrifice of 3.7 million people. On October 1, 1949, we finally founded the People’s Republic of China, a nation of democracy, freedom, and equality, in Beijing.Our country’s prosperity today is built upon the blood and lives of countless predecessors who sacrificed for us. The electricity and telephones in our homes, the peaceful and happy years we enjoy, and our current position as the world’s second-largest economy, all of this has been made possible by their sacrifices for the 1.4 billion people of our country.On the evening of March 8, the team of three of Gloryren had a dinner and discussion with Prof. Rohde at Lin Fusion Restaurant in Huishan Ancient Town. It is a Michelin-starred restaurant, and was once the residence of Zhu Xi, with a history of more than 800 years, full of classic antique charm. That evening, there were both guzheng and pipa performances.That evening, I had a young musician perform Zhang Ruoxu’s Blossoms on a Moonlit River in Spring, one of China’s ten most famous traditional pieces, for Prof. Rohde. That night, I took him to visit the Xishan First Pavilion. On both sides are the inscriptions personally written by Zhu Xi: “At home, be filial; outside, be loyal.” More than 800 years ago, this great scholar reminded us that a person of true virtue should practice filial piety at home and loyalty in public affairs. Zhu Xi was a renowned Neo-Confucian philosopher and literary figure of the Song Dynasty.That same afternoon, two colleagues of our company accompanied Prof. Rohde to Jichang Garden, the favorite garden of Emperor Qianlong. The Qing emperor made seven southern tours and visited Huishan Ancient Town in Wuxi six times. This is the true number-one garden of the Jiangnan Region.Every step reveals a new scene, lively and vivid, playing with light and shadow in a uniquely natural way. The cherry blossoms at Yuantouzhu in Wuxi were also in full bloom. After finishing work over the weekend, we also took Prof. Rohde to Dangkou Ancient Town. It is the hometown where Qian Mu, author of A General Outline of Chinese History, grew up, and also the hometown of the great scientist Qian Weichang. It is a breeding ground for illustrious figures.There are 1,876 Grade III Class A hospitals in China, and we only serve 200 of them. Because the world’s greatest key academic leaders can only provide services to 200 hospitals across China. Therefore, we have selected 200 upright hospital Party secretaries and presidents across China. Hospital Party secretaries and presidents born in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, who are idealistic and ambitious, can be found throughout China. When contentment prevails over everything else, happiness permeates one’s whole life.
