On March 21, 2023, at 14:30, Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province (Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital) and Paracelsus-Clinic Hanover-Langenhagen, the teaching hospital of the Hannover Medical School in Germany, jointly held the Sino-German Joint Replacement International Webinar 2023. Prof. Siebert, Medical Director of Paracelsus-Clinic Hanover-Langenhagen and Head of the Department for Orthopedics and Sports Traumatology, Germany, was invited to give a lecture and exchange on the topic of knee replacement revision. Vice President Cao Xiangyang of the hospital delivered the welcome speech, Prof. Sun Yongqiang chaired the webinar, Director Liu Yuwen, Director Chen Ke, Director Zhang Hong of the Disciplinary Construction Office, Prof. Ye Ye, the interpreter of the Webinar and fellow orthopaedic surgeons attended the webinar.

Prof. Siebert was invited to give a lecture on Revision arthroplasty of the knee in the elderly - Avoiding pitfalls, a highly specialized and challenging topic. The lecture focused on preoperative planning, prevention and management of complications, postoperative consultation with the multidisciplinary team, and postoperative physical and mental rehabilitation for revision on TKA for the elderly. The participants discussed post-operative delirium in the elderly in the light of Prof. Siebert's lecture, followed by two case discussions with the hospital's hip and knee replacement and revision team and discussed with Prof. Siebert for his insights.

Upon the closure of the webinar, Director Zhang Hong of the Disciplinary Construction Office gave a closing speech and thanked Prof. Siebert for his inspiring lecture and the participative discussion of the guests. Prof. Siebert expressed his delight in attending the Sino-German Joint Replacement International Webinar 2023 held at  Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province. Both parties hope that there will be more opportunities for in-depth disciplinary discussions in the future.

2023年3月21日下午中國時間14:30，河南省洛陽正骨醫院（河南省骨科醫院）與德國漢諾威醫學院教學醫院帕拉塞爾蘇斯醫院集團漢諾威-朗根哈根醫院共同召開“2023年中德關節置換國際視頻會議”。本次會議邀請德國漢諾威-朗根哈根骨科醫院院長、大骨科主任Siebert教授進行膝關節置換翻修主題演講及交流。會議由曹向陽副院長致歡迎辭、孫永強教授主持大會、劉又文主任、陳柯主任、學科辦張虹主任、會議翻譯葉曄教授及骨科同道出席會議。Siebert教授受邀進行題為《老年人膝關節翻修手術-如何避開誤區》的專題講課，該課題專業性強，是較為有挑戰性的課題。Siebert教授針對老年人膝關節翻修的術前規劃，術前術中對并發癥的預防和處理、多學科團隊術后會診、術后生理和精神上的康復等進行重點講課。參會嘉賓根據教授講課重點展開討論老年人術后譫妄等問題，隨后醫院髖膝關節置換翻修團隊進行兩例病例討論，并與教授探討診療見解。

會議尾聲，學科辦張虹主任對本次會議進行總結致辭，感謝Siebert教授精彩授課，與各位嘉賓的熱情參與討論。Siebert教授表示非常開心參與本次河南省洛陽正骨醫院舉辦的中德國際關節置換視頻會議。雙方共同希望在未來有更多的機會進行深度學科探討。
