我告訴許多三甲醫院的院長：一家有品質的醫院，一定更需要懂得感恩之心的醫生，這點無比重要，比他的學歷，比他的技術，比他的英文更加重要。一個人懂得對一段關系感恩，這段關系會變得更好，一個人懂得對工作感恩，他會在工作中得到更好的機會，一個人懂得對曾經幫助過他的貴人感恩，會有更多的貴人出現在他生命中，對那種過河拆橋，自以為是，根本不懂得感恩之心的醫生，醫院不要給他任何機會。因為感恩之心是一個人在這個社會行走最根本的品質，一個人連最基本的品質都不具備，他當然不可成為一個好的醫生。

I told many presidents of top level hospitals that a great hospital must have grateful doctors, which is extremely important, more important than their level of education, technique and English skills. A person who is grateful for a relationship will make the relationship better. A person who is grateful for their work will get better opportunities in their work. A person who is grateful for people who have helped him will be given help again. The hospital should not give any opportunities to doctors who kick down the ladder and are arrogant and self-righteous.  Because gratitude is the most fundamental quality for someone to live, one can not make themselves a good doctor without this.
