8月12日2022年度復(fù)星骨科專科聯(lián)盟線上學(xué)術(shù)交流會(huì)暨中德高水平醫(yī)院管理會(huì)議在佛山復(fù)星禪誠醫(yī)院成功召開。非常感謝復(fù)星全球合伙人、復(fù)星健康總裁、復(fù)星醫(yī)療總裁、佛山復(fù)星禪誠醫(yī)院院長(zhǎng)胡航先生，該院執(zhí)行院長(zhǎng)、骨科醫(yī)院院長(zhǎng)趙曉東教授及其團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)本次會(huì)議的鼎力支持。

In the beginning, President Zhao Xiaodong gave a welcoming speech. He expressed, in order to further enhance the comprehensive ability, strengthen the management team construction, and deepen the management exchanges with colleagues and experts at home and abroad of each member department, that we are really honored to invite Prof. Michael Mayer, the founding president from Sch?n Klinik Group that is one of the Largest Hospital Group in Germany even the whole world, to share with us on hospital management.

關(guān)節(jié)骨科副主任苗貴強(qiáng)博士對(duì)復(fù)星骨科專科聯(lián)盟成立以來的發(fā)展歷程和工作情況作回顧總結(jié)。

Next, Dr. Miao Guiqiang, Deputy Director of Joint Surgery at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital, gave a review presentation of the Orthopaedics Specialty Alliance.

Mayer教授在演講中提到：一家真正卓越的醫(yī)院，敢于告訴公眾和政府我們可以提供頂級(jí)醫(yī)療服務(wù)，因?yàn)槲覀儗?duì)標(biāo)國(guó)際頂級(jí)醫(yī)院，因?yàn)槲覀冎贫烁咭?guī)格的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系。

During Prof. Mayer’s highlight lecture, a hospital can prove its excellence to the public and the government by providing medical services with international benchmark and high international quality standards.

在討論環(huán)節(jié)中，各參會(huì)人員集體提問，與Mayer教授共同探討如何降低學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人流轉(zhuǎn)率、脊柱外科未來十年的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及未來提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量的突破口，Mayer教授在討論環(huán)指出病人滿意度的考察重點(diǎn)不僅是診療或手術(shù)質(zhì)量本身，醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)病人的同理心及友好度也至關(guān)重要。

In the discussion session, all participants asked questions and discussed with Prof. Mayer on how to reduce the turnover rate of Key Opinion Leaders and development trends in spinal surgery in the next decades. Prof. Mayer also pointed out that the focus of patient satisfaction is not only on the quality of the treatment or surgery itself, but also on the empathy and friendliness of medical staff towards patients.
