2025年仁醫醫療廣州辦公室一共收到了128件快遞。這些快遞都是來自全中國各個三甲醫院的書記、院長、醫生以及醫生的父母們給我們寄過來的各種禮物：有月餅、湘繡、陶瓷牡丹花盤、香腸、臘肉、枸杞、浙江小食、哈爾濱紅腸、山東濰坊的水果大蘿卜、胸針、阿克蘇蘋果、江西橙子、廣西金橘、梅州柚子、藥品、茶葉、陳皮、白酒、鮮花餅、青團、安定，甚至還有國禮瓷。他們對我們信任，我們對他們感恩。3月3日來自重慶的胡醫生拿到了柏林夏洛特醫科大學的博士畢業證了。他花了兩年零三個月。提交論文4個月就答辯了。今年我們有38位優秀醫生將拿到德國臨床醫學MD博士畢業證書了。我們所有到德國讀博的醫生基本上都是兩到三年的時間全部都能準時畢業的。看到他們每一個人都能順利找到新工作。我們內心歡喜。這不是一份工作，這是一份美好的未來。2026年3月國家公派留學CSC獎學金，我們有38位醫生要申請，我們的目標是全部通過。現在德國臨床醫學MD博士在中國三甲醫院的書記院長心目當中就是第一梯隊的學歷。這就是硬通貨。2025年仁醫醫療三人團隊1月、2月、6月、11月共計12人前往德國。我們在慕尼黑大學附屬醫院、慕尼黑工業大學附屬醫院、海德堡大學附屬醫院、亞琛工業大學附屬醫院、柏林夏洛特大學綜合醫院、美茵茨大學附屬醫院、吉森大學附屬醫院、哥廷根大學附屬醫院整整工作了56天。我們從早到晚，我們起早貪黑，我們化著美妝，踩著5寸高跟鞋，我們用非常流利的專業英語與103位歐洲關鍵學術領袖們開了77場閉門會議、舉行13場晚宴。我們團隊親自來到德國大學附屬醫院為中國三甲醫院為中國優秀醫生現場辦公。你覺得我慈悲，那是因為你慈悲。我眼中的我不是我，別人眼中的我也不是我，我眼中的別人才是我，你所見即是我，好壞我都不反駁，承蒙厚愛，不勝感激。

In 2025, the Guangzhou office of Gloryren received a total of 128 parcels. These parcels came from hospital party secretaries, hospital directors, doctors, and even parents of the doctoral students from Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals across China, containing all kinds of gifts: mooncakes, Xiang embroidery, ceramic peony plates, sausages, cured meats, goji berries, snacks from Zhejiang, Harbin red sausages, radishes from Weifang in Shandong, brooches, Aksu apples, oranges from Jiangxi, kumquats from Guangxi, pomelos from Meizhou, medication, tea, dried orange peel, Baijiu (Chinese distilled spirit), flower pastries, qingtuan (green rice dumplings), diazepam, and even state gift porcelain. They trust us, and we are grateful to them. On March 3rd, Dr. Hu from Chongqing received his doctoral degree certificate from Charité - Universit?tsmedizin Berlin. It took him two years and three months, and he defended his dissertation just four months after submission. This year, 38 excellent doctors will receive their German MD degree in clinical medicine. Almost all of our doctors who pursue doctoral degrees in Germany are able to graduate on time within two to three years. Seeing each of them successfully secure new positions fills our hearts with joy. This is not just a job; it is a bright future. In March 2026, 38 of our applicants will apply for scholarships from the China Scholarship Council (CSC) for their MD studies in Germany, and our goal is for all of them to obtain the scholarships. Today, a German MD degree in clinical medicine is regarded as a top-tier degree in the eyes of party secretaries and directors of China’s Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals. This is a solid credential. In 2025, a total of twelve members of Gloryren’s team traveled to Germany in January, February, June, and November. We spent a total of 56 days working at the LMU University Hospital, University Hospital of the Technical University of Munich, Heidelberg University Hospital, RWTH Aachen University Hospital, Charité - Universit?tsmedizin Berlin, University Medical Center Mainz, Campus Giessen of the University Hospital Giessen and Marburg GmbH, and University Medical Center G?ttingen. From dawn to dusk, we worked tirelessly, wearing makeup and 5-inch heels. We spoke fluent professional English and held 77 internal meetings and 13 dinners with 103 key academic leaders across Europe. Our team personally went to German university hospitals to provide on-site support for China’s Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals and outstanding doctors. If you see me as compassionate, it is because you are compassionate. The me in my own eyes is not truly me, nor is the me in others’ eyes truly me. It is the way I perceive others that reveals who I truly am. What you perceive is what I am. I make no objection to judgments of good or bad, and I am truly grateful for your kindness and support.
