2026年1月22日下午，我去德國大學附屬醫院出差的前一天，公司管財務的副總和財務經理考考讓我看了2025年的財報。2025年我們收到這么多三甲醫院和醫生的回款，我們最大的支出：我們給員工發工資和獎金了，我們給德國的大學附屬醫院和科室支付課酬了，我們還給我們在歐洲的幾十位著名專家每個月發工資了。每年11月我們匯聚全球頂級專家開了五屆中歐醫院管理學科建設人才培養全球論壇。我們作為一家中德合資公司。這七年來，我們收入了這么多回款，全部都為醫院為醫生花出去了。 現在當今中國像我們這樣有理想有追求，我們只想為中國醫療真正做一件有價值有意義的事業。這種企業在當今中國社會根本很難再找到了。考考對我說：“從仁醫醫療創立的第一天起，我就來公司財務部工作了，我們是萍水相逢，人事部經理Kitty招聘我進來的，我們公司的每一個員工都非常非常好，我非常喜歡這家公司。這七年來，我們是公司，我們必須要在商言商，這五年來僅臨床醫學MD博士項目公司就為所有醫生多花了600萬元，這些支出如果不花對我們公司來說全部都是利潤。其實你沒有必要給中國三甲醫院、給讀博的醫生花了這么多的錢。你多花的錢根本就不在我們的合同范圍之內，但是每一次你都特批了。但是我們畢竟是公司，我們必須要在商言商。我們都特別心痛你。” 我們這家公司從2018年就開始準備，世界微創脊柱大師Mayer教授的秘書在柏林地方法院的院長委托地方法院首席法官Bünning女士親自做的公證，德意志聯邦共和國外交部蓋了印章，中華人民共和國駐德意志聯邦共和國大使館參贊周安平做了外事認證，讓我們開好了歐元帳戶。我們可以合法地向歐洲所有大學附屬醫院匯款。2019年6月6日我們注冊好了中德合資公司，當年我們就成為了一般納稅人，從2023年開始已經連續三年成為A級納稅企業。這么多年我們為國家交了這么多稅。2026年2月3日國際公共關系部門同事在企查查的官方平臺上查了仁醫醫療現在的最新估值是12億元人民幣。鄭州市骨科醫院因為是2020年3月疫情期間我與方總親自趕到鄭州與張業龍書記簽訂了100萬的合同。考考又告訴我：“為了感恩張業龍書記的無私和鄭州市骨科醫院的支持，這五年時間你為這家醫院多花費了90萬元。我們送了7場國際視頻會議，4場全球直播，讓他們醫院關節外科參加了三屆國際膝關節日，讓梅偉書記兩次帶領團隊參加了三次中歐會，我們還免費送了兩個醫生去德國和意大利兩家頂級醫院學習三個月。史迎賓醫生去了傳說中的意大利里佐利骨科研究所。跟隨世界脊柱腫瘤第一人Boriani教授學習。呂志強醫生跟隨亞琛工業大學附屬醫院大骨科主任德國創傷外科學會2026年的主席Hildebrand教授學習，這些都是我們免費送給他們醫院的福利。公司只收了鄭州市骨科醫院100萬，你卻為他們醫院花費了190萬。每年我們都贊助家庭困難的醫生在德國學習，僅去年我們累計又花費了20多萬補助他們的生活費。我們有個山東的盧醫生到德國去攻讀臨床醫學MD博士，為了支持她的科研項目，我們又額外投入了近20多萬元人民幣。因為這種項目，目前只有上海醫院在做。這個項目很燒錢，如果她做完了這個科研回國工作，應該在中國三甲醫院還是很耀眼的。我們的德國臨床醫學MD博士項目僅僅去年就虧損了近371萬元。因為我們收到的每一分錢，我們都會給中國三甲醫院、德國大學附屬醫院和一些優秀的中國醫生花出去的。這7年來你在國內出差只乘經濟艙，即使是飛德國12個小時，你也只乘經濟艙，每個月只領三萬元的工資。你與Mayer教授作為公司創始人七年來沒有拿到公司任何一分錢的分紅，Mayer教授每年只看財務報表。他從未提出任何分紅，你2024年在廣東省中醫院第二次做了甲狀腺癌手術，這幾天說話都說不出來了，嗓子完全啞了。因為時差，你半夜都在工作。僅2025年這一年，你就派了公司三人團隊共計12個同事四次前往德國9所大學附屬醫院整整工作了56天，我們在德國為中國三甲醫院為中國優秀醫生現場辦公。這一次為了38位中國醫生申請2026年3月國家公派留學CSC獎學金，你剛做了手術，這個周五馬上帶病出發去五所德國著名大學附屬醫院工作。上兩周你共瘦了8斤。我們都很心痛你。我只想在你身邊可以一直工作下去。你所做的這些事情，中國三甲醫院和所有醫生們他們根本不知道。我們作為財務人員我們全部知道。” 我們所有的付出，我們所有的艱辛，我們所有的努力。這就是我們對中國醫療的雄心。

On the afternoon of January 22, 2026, the day before I left for a business trip to  university hospitals in Germany, the Deputy General Manager in charge of Finance and Financial Manager Kaokao of the company asked me to have a look at the 2025 financial report of Gloryren. In 2025, we received a lot revenue from Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals and doctors. Our biggest expenditures are as follows: we paid salaries and bonuses to our employees, we paid third-party funding to German university hospitals and their departments, and we also paid consultation fees to dozens of renowned experts in Europe. Every November, we gather top experts from all over the world to hold the Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation, which has been held for five sessions. As a Sino-German joint venture, over the past seven years, all the payments we have received have been spent on hospitals and doctors. Nowadays in China, enterprises like ours that uphold ideals and aspirations, and are dedicated to doing one truly valuable and meaningful thing for Chinese healthcare are becoming extremely rare in society. Kaokao said to me: "Since the first day Gloryren was founded, I have been working in the finance department. We met by chance. And I was recruited by Kitty, the former HR manager. Every employee in our company is very, very nice, and I really love this company. Over these seven years, we are a company, so we have to be commercially realistic. In the past five years alone, the company has spent an extra 6 million yuan on the MD Projects for all doctors. If we hadn't spent this money, it would all have been profits for our company. In fact, you don't have to spend so much money on China's Grade Ⅲ Class A and MD students. The extra money you spent is not within the scope of our contracts at all, but every time you personally approved it. However, we are a company after all, so we have to be commercially realistic. We are all heartbroken for you." Our company began preparations as early as 2018. The secretary of Prof. Mayer, a world-renowned master of minimally invasive spine surgery, completed the notarization, which was carried out by Ms. Bünning in person, Presiding Judge of the Berlin District Court, upon the authorization of the President of the Berlin District Court. The notarized documents were subsequently affixed with the official seal of the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany and received diplomatic authentication by Mr. Zhou Anping, Counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Federal Republic of Germany. Following these procedures, we successfully opened a euro-denominated bank account. We can legally remit money to all university hospitals in Europe. On June 6, 2019, we registered our Sino-German joint venture and became a general taxpayer in the same year. Starting from 2023, we have been a Level-A taxpayer for three consecutive years. Over the years, we have paid so much tax to the country. On February 3, 2026, one of our colleagues from the International Public Relations Department checked the latest valuation of Gloryren on the official platform of Qichacha, which is 1.2 billion yuan. As for Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital, during the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, Helen, the Vice Chairperson of Gloryren and I personally went to Zhengzhou and signed a 1-million-yuan contract with Secretary ZHANG Yelong. Kaokao told me again: "To express gratitude for Secretary ZHANG Yelong's selflessness and the support of Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital, you have spent an extra 900,000 yuan on this hospital over the past five years. We provided seven international video conferences and four global webinars for them for free, invited their Department of Joint Surgery to participate in three sessions of the International Knee Day, invited Secretary MEI Wei to lead his team to attend the Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation three times, and also sponsored two doctors to study at two top hospitals in Germany and Italy for three months free of charge. Doctor SHI Yingbing went to the legendary Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute in Italy to study under Prof. Boriani, the world’s leading expert on spinal tumors. Doctor LV Zhiqiang studied under Prof. Hildebrand, Director of the Department of Orthopedics, Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery at RWTH Aachen University Hospital and President of the German Society for Trauma Surgery (DGU) in 2026. All these are benefits we gave to their hospital for free. Gloryren only received 1 million yuan from Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital, but you spent 1.9 million yuan on their hospital. Every year, we sponsor financially difficult doctors to study in Germany. Last year alone, we spent another more than 200,000 yuan in total to subsidize their living expenses. We have Doctor Lu from Shandong who went to Germany to pursue a Clinical MD degree. To support her scientific research project, we invested an additional nearly 200,000 yuan. At present, only hospitals in Shanghai are conducting this kind of project, which is very costly. If she completes this research and returns to work in China, she should be very outstanding in any Grade III Class A hospitals in China. Last year alone, our MD projects suffered a loss of nearly 3.71 million yuan, because every penny we received is spent on China's Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals, German university hospitals and some outstanding Chinese doctors." Over these seven years, you have only taken economy class for business trips in China, even on 12-hour flights to Germany, and you only receive a monthly salary of 30,000 yuan. You and Prof. Mayer, as the founders of Gloryren, have not received any dividends from the company in seven years. Prof. Mayer only checks the financial statements every year and has never asked for dividends. In 2024, you underwent thyroid cancer surgery for the second time at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These days you can barely speak, and your voice is completely hoarse. Due to the time difference, you work in the middle of the night every day. In 2025 alone, you sent a three-person team, consisting of 12 colleagues to Germany four times, working at 9 university hospitals for a total of 56 days, providing on-site services for China's Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals and outstanding Chinese doctors. This time, to help 38 Chinese doctors apply for stipend from the China Scholarship Council, you are leaving for five renowned German university hospitals this Friday despite just having undergone surgery. You lost 4 kilograms in the past two weeks. We all feel really sorry for you. I just want to keep working by your side. All the things you have done are completely unknown to China's Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals and all doctors. But as financial staff, we all know everything."All our efforts, all our hardships, all our endeavors. This is our ambition for Chinese healthcare.
