2023年的9月中國(guó)廈門(mén)，第三屆中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇當(dāng)天晚上的開(kāi)幕式。華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)院的劉繼紅院長(zhǎng)就坐在我的旁邊。他很好奇地問(wèn)我：“今天晚上。我看見(jiàn)來(lái)了很多德國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院的院士和這么多歐洲關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖，我發(fā)現(xiàn)他們都非常尊重你，都非常佩服你，你永遠(yuǎn)都站在C位，他們與你像老朋友般交往。我很想問(wèn)你一個(gè)很私人的問(wèn)題：“其一，你的丈夫是不是一個(gè)非常非常了不起的人？其二，你的丈夫是不是德國(guó)人？”當(dāng)時(shí)我的旁邊坐著慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院的Stief院長(zhǎng)，他也是德國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院的院士。我當(dāng)著他們所有人的面公開(kāi)地回答了劉繼紅院長(zhǎng)的提問(wèn)。其一，我是專業(yè)的職業(yè)女性，我是一個(gè)不靠丈夫在這個(gè)社會(huì)上生存的女人。我長(zhǎng)這么大，我只用過(guò)我父親和我家族的錢，我不用任何一個(gè)男人的錢。我出生在一個(gè)非常好的家庭。是我的父親和家族給我的錢創(chuàng)辦的這家公司，在廣州我們家族就有100多個(gè)人，他們?cè)诟髯灶I(lǐng)域都很成功，我們家族的每一個(gè)女人都在為工作拼命。其二，我的丈夫不是德國(guó)人，到目前為止，我們公司還沒(méi)有任何一個(gè)員工跟任何一個(gè)德國(guó)人去談過(guò)戀愛(ài)或者結(jié)婚。其三，在我的家教和文化里，我與任何客戶去談戀愛(ài)這都不可以成為我專業(yè)職業(yè)的一部分。其四，在我們公司的管理章程中有一條很嚴(yán)格的明文規(guī)定：我們公司的任何一個(gè)員工絕對(duì)不允許跟醫(yī)院的任何一個(gè)工作人員談戀愛(ài)或者結(jié)婚，如果有此類事件發(fā)生，立刻馬上就必須離開(kāi)公司。我們是一家專業(yè)的中德合資醫(yī)療公司，我們?cè)诎亓钟写蠓ü贋槲覀冏隽斯C。我們必須在行業(yè)中樹(shù)正面形象和正能量。公司必須合規(guī)，這是底線。仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療創(chuàng)始人、世界微創(chuàng)脊柱大師Mayer教授在公司成立之初就請(qǐng)柏林地方法院的院長(zhǎng)委托地方法院首席法官Bünning女士親自做了公證，德意志聯(lián)邦共和國(guó)外交部蓋了印章，中華人民共和國(guó)駐德意志聯(lián)邦共和國(guó)大使館參贊周安平做了外事認(rèn)證。作為一家中德合資公司，我們德國(guó)的股東給我簽署了終生授權(quán)書(shū)。我們也辦理好了歐元帳戶，我們可以合理合規(guī)合法向歐洲的所有機(jī)構(gòu)匯款。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有中德院長(zhǎng)們聽(tīng)完都佩服地五體投地。現(xiàn)在中國(guó)最熱的一個(gè)笑話和談資就是王石和田樸珺的這種關(guān)系。一個(gè)是當(dāng)年的地產(chǎn)大佬，一個(gè)是18線小明星。一個(gè)沒(méi)有任何背景的年輕女人本來(lái)就是利用大佬資源小三上位。然后現(xiàn)在還天天標(biāo)榜自己是職業(yè)女性。她是啥職業(yè)女性？這根本就是一個(gè)沒(méi)有任何本事的女人。這跟職業(yè)女性沒(méi)有半毛錢的關(guān)系。從專業(yè)的角度說(shuō)。這根本談不上成功，她有什么可成功的？一個(gè)真正成功的職業(yè)女性，絕對(duì)不靠男女關(guān)系。一個(gè)真正的職業(yè)女性，一定是有氣質(zhì)且光芒四射。亂七八糟的男女關(guān)系不能成為專業(yè)職業(yè)的一部分。只有這樣我們?cè)谌魏螘r(shí)候任何地方才有底氣面對(duì)社會(huì)的任何不公。我們是靠自己一步一個(gè)腳印把醫(yī)院和醫(yī)生的每件工作做好，我們不是盡力而為，我們是全力以赴。這份獨(dú)立與任何男人無(wú)關(guān)，我們公司任何女人從來(lái)不依靠任何男人。我的上梁正了，下梁也絕對(duì)不會(huì)歪。什么樣的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就有什么樣的兵。這才是真正的職業(yè)女性。為什么186位德國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院院士和歐洲關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖及著名的科學(xué)家這么尊重我們？德國(guó)是歐盟的老大，他們的醫(yī)療絕對(duì)的全球第一，他們才是真正現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)源地，所以我們深耕德國(guó)，美國(guó)連一場(chǎng)疫情都搞不定，死了上百萬(wàn)無(wú)辜的人民，英國(guó)就是個(gè)沒(méi)落的國(guó)家，加拿大和澳大利亞只能做美國(guó)小弟，日本的醫(yī)療體系早就崩盤(pán)了。與這些國(guó)家合作就是既無(wú)腦又無(wú)能。他們根本不懂什么叫國(guó)際醫(yī)療。我們公司有8位國(guó)際公共關(guān)系部門(mén)的同事，她們每年用英文要寫(xiě)2.8萬(wàn)封郵件，這些郵件都非常專業(yè)，文案非常了不起。每一封郵件都是我在微信上口述，他們英文轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)。因?yàn)槲覀優(yōu)橹袊?guó)醫(yī)療做的每一件有意義的事情，這是一個(gè)偉大的故事。我們與全球8個(gè)國(guó)家的186位世界關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖都有共同的價(jià)值觀和非凡理想及遠(yuǎn)大抱負(fù)。我們就是要把這種信念堅(jiān)持下去，深耕胸中。他們每一個(gè)人都是我們從2000多名歐洲著名專家之中精挑細(xì)選出來(lái)的186位人品尊貴內(nèi)心高雅值得我們中國(guó)三甲醫(yī)院和醫(yī)生一生尊敬的大師和朋友，我想我們既是工作伙伴又應(yīng)該是一生的朋友。我們?cè)谝黄鸸ぷ骱荛_(kāi)心很特別。我們還告訴了他們我們積貧積弱的中國(guó)只花了40年的時(shí)間就成為了全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。我們的新中國(guó)是前輩們嘔心瀝血披荊斬棘浴血奮戰(zhàn)建立起來(lái)的一個(gè)全新的中國(guó)。我們每一個(gè)中國(guó)人就應(yīng)該為我們可愛(ài)的中國(guó)做事。無(wú)論大小，都有意義。我們這個(gè)特別的故事。我們?nèi)梳t(yī)醫(yī)療在歐洲非常著名，當(dāng)然也有我父親百年的傳奇人生。誰(shuí)能觸動(dòng)人的心靈，誰(shuí)將無(wú)所不能。他們從內(nèi)心里佩服我們，他們也想為我們的中國(guó)三甲醫(yī)院添磚加瓦。為我們培養(yǎng)更多有全球思考真才實(shí)學(xué)的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生。工作是為了錢嗎？工作是為了更美好的人際關(guān)系和幸福。這才是真正的工作。創(chuàng)辦一家公司，靠的不是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，而是每一個(gè)員工可以心甘情愿為了一個(gè)偉大的故事而全力以赴。你想有益于社會(huì)，最好的法子就是把自己這塊材料鑄造成器。我們永遠(yuǎn)年輕，永遠(yuǎn)熱淚盈眶。我們可以從客地面對(duì)工作中的任何困難。自愛(ài)的女人最叫人的歡喜，我做的可是這個(gè)世界上最難的醫(yī)療的工作，全世界我們獨(dú)一份，我們沒(méi)有對(duì)手，我們只有自已。我每年讀近百本書(shū)，我化著美妝，把每天的日子活得如一部電影，我努力工作，自強(qiáng)不息，直至生命最后一刻。

 On the welcome banquet of the 3rd Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation held in Xiamen, China in 2023, Prof. LIU Jihong, President of the Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) was sitting next to me. He asked me curiously: “Tonight, I’ve seen many members of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina and key academic leaders from Europe. I noticed that they all respect you, admire you, and interact with you like old friends. You always stand in the center. I would like to ask you a personal question: ‘First, is your husband a very important person? Second, is your husband German?’ ” At that time Prof. Stief, the Deputy Medical Director of University Hospital of Munich, and the Member of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, was also sitting next to me. I openly answered President LIU Jihong’s questions in front of everyone present. Firstly, I’m a professional business woman. I am not a woman who survives in this society by relying on her husband. I have grown up only with my father’s and my family’s money. I don’t use any man’s money except them. I was born into a decent family. It was my father and my family who funded me to start this company. We have over 100 family members in Guangzhou city, and they’re all successful in their respective fields. Every woman in my family is working hard for their jobs. Secondly, my husband is not German. So far, none of the employee in our company has ever been in a relationship or get married to a German. Thirdly, in my family culture, having relationship with any of my customers must not be a part of my professional career. Fourthly, there is a strictly defined term in Gloryren’s company rules and regulations: none of the employee in our company is allowed to have relationship or get married to any employee of the hospitals. In case it happens, this person must leave our company immediately. We are a professional Sino-Euro joint venture company offering medical services. We have had our documents notarized by the Presiding Judge in Berlin. We must cultivate a positive image and  spread positive energy within the industry. The company must comply with regulations, this is the bottom line. Prof. Mayer, the founder of Gloryren and a world-renowned master in minimally invasive spine surgery, commissioned the President of the Regional Court of Berlin to notarize one document through Ms. Bünning, the Presiding Judge at the beginning of our founding. The document was stamped by the German Federal Foreign Office, and the consular legalization was done by Mr. ZHOU Anping, a Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Federal Republic of Germany. To establishing a Sino-German joint venture, I was given a signed long-term Letter of Authorization from our German shareholder. We also opened a euro account so as to make compliant remittances to European institutes. After listening my words, all the hospital presents from China and Germany were so impressed, and they were completely in awe. One of the widespread gossips or topics of conversation in China now is the relationship between WANG Shi and TIAN Pujun. The former is a real-estate tycoon and the latter is a minor star of 18th tier. A young woman with no background rose to power as a mistress by taking advantage of the resources of a big shot. And now she still claims to be a professional woman. What kind of professional woman is she? This is simply a woman with no true ability and has nothing to do with professional women at all. From a professional perspective, a case like this could not be considered as success. What could she possibly succeed in? A true professional woman must never rely on romantic relationships. A true professional woman must be elegant and shines in her own right. Those messy romantic relationships should not become a part of our professional career. Only then can we have the confidence to face the social injustice, no matter when or where it happens. We complete every single task perfectly and strive steadily for excellence in our work for hospitals and doctors. We don’t just try our best, but we go all out. This independence has nothing to do with any man. All the women in my company never rely on men. If the top beam is straight, the bottom beam will never be crooked. A good leader leads to a good follower. This is the truth of profession women. Why could we receive the respect from these 186 members of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, key academic leaders, and renowned scientists? Germany is the leading force in the European Union, whose healthcare system absolutely is the best in the world. It is the birthplace of modern medicine. That’s why we have deep roots in Germany. Comparatively, the United States couldn’t save their people from the pandemic, millions of innocent people died in the disaster; England is a “sunset” country; Canada and Australia are only followers of America; The healthcare system in Japan has been fallen apart for a long time. Collaborating with those countries is both brainless and incompetent. They simply don't understand what international healthcare entails. We have 8 colleagues in the Department of International Public Relationship, they write 28 thousand emails per year. The emails are all well written in a professional way. Every email is dictated by me in Wechat, and my colleagues will translate it into English and forward it to the relevant professor. All the meaningful things we did for Chinese healthcare could be formed into a great story. We share the same values, extraordinary ideals and lofty aspirations with 186 key academic leaders from 8 countries around the world. We must hold on to this belief and keep it deeply rooted in our heart. The 186 experts are selected from more than 2000 renowned European experts. They are friends of noble characters and refined heart, who are worthy of lifelong respect from Chinese Grade III-A hospitals and doctors. I believe we are both working partners and life-long friends. We are happy working together, and it feels special. We also told them that our country, which had endured impoverishment and long-standing debility for decades, only spent 40 years to become the world’s second-largest economy. And the fact that the New China is established by our predecessors through painstaking effort, overcoming all obstacles and fighting bravely. Every Chinese should work for our beloved China. Whether it’s a big or small matter, everything has its meaning. Because of our special stories, Gloryren becomes very famous in Europe, which also includes my father’s legendary life of a hundred years. Whoever can touch people’s hearts will be all powerful. Therefore, the key academic leaders admire us by heart, and they also want to contribute to the development of healthcare in Chinese Grade III-A hospitals, which is to help us foster more excellent doctors with global thinking and genuine talent. Is work only for money? Work is for better interpersonal relationship and a happy life. That is the real job. Starting a company does not rely on the leader, but on every employee giving it all to accomplish a great story. If you want to be beneficial to the society, the best approach is to forge yourself into an excellent talent. We remain forever young, forever moved to tears. We are able to face any difficulty at work with calm and composure. A woman who practices self-love is always the most captivating. I am engaged in what may be the most challenging form of work in the world, which is medical-related work. We are unique on a global scale. We have no rivals, only ourselves. Each year, I read nearly a hundred books. I wear my beautiful makeup and live each day as if it were a scene from a movie. I work hard, striving for strength and independence, until the very last moment of my life.
