中國醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的頂層設(shè)計就是醫(yī)院管理、學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)這三件大事。2018年仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療首次在中國醫(yī)院提出了這三大全新理念。2024第四屆中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇將于11月16日至17日在中國重慶康萊德酒店盛大開幕。來自歐洲8位關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖和中國41個城市60家三甲醫(yī)院300位中國醫(yī)院院長、各學(xué)科帶頭人、各行政部門負(fù)責(zé)人和優(yōu)秀的青年醫(yī)生將現(xiàn)場參加此次國際論壇。本次論壇我們挑選了國家隊的三甲醫(yī)院、一線城市的三甲醫(yī)院、二線城市的三甲醫(yī)院、以及專科醫(yī)院，我們將從各個層面畫像還原了中國醫(yī)院的現(xiàn)狀。我們每年將準(zhǔn)備15個問題與中歐醫(yī)院院長和各學(xué)科帶頭人面對面深度交流，共同找到解決方案。一期一會，難得一見，必將珍惜。千百年來中國社會都是一個貧民社會。醫(yī)療是公共資源，這是國家使命，因為90％的人民在基層，99%的專家在公立，中國的醫(yī)療應(yīng)該是服務(wù)老百姓的醫(yī)療，中國醫(yī)療真正的核心應(yīng)該是基層醫(yī)療。只有提高基層醫(yī)療，中國老百姓的生命才有了保障。因為人才才能成就一家偉大的醫(yī)院，醫(yī)生才是一個國家的良知。此次國際論壇我們將進行雙聲道同聲傳譯全球直播。只要星火不滅，中國醫(yī)療就有希望。

The top-level design for the high-quality development of Chinese hospitals is about the three major pillars: hospital management, specialty construction, and talent cultivation. In 2018, it is Gloryren who was the first to introduce these three brand new concepts to Chinese hospitals. The 4th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2024 will grandly open at Conrad Chongqing, China, on November 16th to 17th, 2024. Eight key academic leaders from Europe, 300 Hospital Presidents, key academic leaders in different specialties, heads of administrative departments and outstanding young doctors from nearly 60 Grade III-A hospitals in 41 Chinese cities will attend the forum in person. For the forum, we selected National Grade III-A hospitals, Grade III-A hospitals from first-tier cities, Grade III-A hospitals from second-tier cities, and specialized hospitals. We will present the current situation of Chinese hospitals from various levels of portraits Fifteen questions will be discussed on the forum every year by the Sino-Euro hospital presidents and key academic leaders in different specialties for best possible solutions. It is only held in one Chinese city once a year in November. For centuries, China has been trying to build a moderately prosperous society. Healthcare is a public good, also a national mission, because 90% of the people are from grass-roots level, and 99% of experts work in public hospitals. Healthcare in China should serve ordinary people, and the core of China’s healthcare system should be primary care. Only by improving primary healthcare, can the health of Chinese can be safeguarded. Because only talents make a hospital great and doctors reflect the conscience of a country. This international forum will be broadcast globally with dual-channel simultaneous interpretation. As long as there is still a single spark, there is still hope for China’s healthcare.
