11月15日慕尼黑大學附屬醫院胸外科主任、美國外科學院院士Hatz教授將與蘇北人民醫院胸外科陸世春主任、于兆晴醫生一起從慕尼黑飛往重慶，并一起參加第四屆中歐醫院管理學科建設人才培養全球論壇。Hatz教授將與本次大會中國區主席、蘇北人民醫院黨委書記束余聲在醫院管理環節共同討論中歐醫療重要議題。11月18日起，Hatz教授將在蘇北人民醫院胸外科開展為期一周的客座教授活動，并在11月21日至11月22日參加由蘇北人民醫院主辦的“胸心外科精準微創技術學習班暨中德胸心外科學術研討會”，Hatz教授將會在大會上分享他多年來管理慕尼黑大學附屬醫院胸外科及肺癌中心關于標準化診療流程、臨床科研、人才培養的寶貴經驗并手術示教。該中心于2008年建立了生物樣本庫，收集和儲存了來自超過6700位患者的生物樣本，旨在進一步研究和開發治療肺部疾病的新方法。為提升年輕醫生科研思維與能力及推動肺癌診療發展，該生物樣本庫聯合德國肺病研究中心（DZL）及德國綜合呼吸醫學中心慕尼黑分中心（CPC-M）開展了多項臨床研究。Hatz教授在2023年招收了來自廣州醫科大學的于兆晴醫生作為他的第一位中國臨床醫學MD博士生，于醫生已于2024年7月抵達慕尼黑并正式開始她的博士學習生涯。Hatz教授2024年又接收來自洛陽的孫醫生、來自成都的柯醫生為他的臨床醫學MD博士生，希望他們可以利用生物樣本庫的寶貴資源，積極參加各科研項目，推動全球肺癌診療方案的發展。

On November 15th, Prof. Hatz, Director of Thoracic Surgery of University Hospital of Munich and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, will fly from Munich to Chongqing together with Dr. LU Shichun, Director of Thoracic Surgery of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital, and Doctor YU Zhaoqing. They will attend the 4th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management,Specialty construction & Talent cultivation together.Prof. Hatz will discuss important issues of healthcare in China and Europe in the session of Hospital Management with SHU Yusheng, a member of Local Presidium of the Forum and Secretary of Party Committee of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital.From November 18th, Prof. Hatz will have a one-week visiting professorship activities at the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital, and he will attend the Sino-German Seminar on Thoracic Surgery hosted by Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital from November 21st to November 22nd.With his years of experience, Prof. Hatz will share his insights in managing the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Munich and the Lung Cancer Center of University Hospital of Munich about standardized diagnosis and treatment procedure, clinical research, talent cultivation and perform live surgical demonstration.The center has established a biobank in 2008, which collects and stores biospecimens from more than 6,700 patients, with the aim of further research and development of  new treatments for lung diseases.  To improve scientific thinking and competence of young doctors and promote the development of lung cancer treatment, the biobank conducts many clinical researches in collaboration with The German Center for Lung Research (DZL) and The Comprehensive Pneumology Center Munich (CPC-M).In 2023, Prof. Hatz received Doctor YU Zhaoqing from Guangzhou Medical University as his first Chinese MD doctoral student and Doctor Yu arrived in Munich in July 2024 to start her MD studies.Prof. Hatz has received Doctor Sun from Luoyang and Doctor Ke from Chengdu as his MD doctoral students in 2024, hoping that they can utilize the valuable resource of biobank and actively participate in scientific research projects to promote the development of lung cancer treatment on a global scale.
