5月20日國家留學基金委員會CSC獎學金的申請結果全部出爐，我們有19位2024年到德國攻讀臨床醫學MD博士的醫生申請，有15位醫生獲得了國家CSC的獎學金。去年有3位醫生錯過CSC申請，今年他們已經在德國就讀臨床醫學MD博士，今年3位醫生在德國申請全部通過。由于去年CSC資助了應屆畢業的醫學生去國外讀博，他們只拿到了導師的邀請函就去申請CSC獎學金，很多人獲得了CSC獎學金到了國外根本拿不到所申請大學的錄取通知書，因此他們也無法成功注冊成為真正的博士。所以今年很多應屆畢業生都無法獲得國家CSC的資助。湖南的周醫生去年畢業，他申請CSC沒有獲得通過，今年周醫生第二次申請，今年他的研究計劃逐字逐句修改，反復推敲。周醫生今年就順利獲得了通過。中山大學孫逸仙紀念醫院的車醫生雅思8分成績，他的研究計劃做的非常完美，雖然他是今年的應屆畢業生，他也順利獲得了國家CSC的獎學金。中國醫科大學的楊醫生的研究計劃是她自己逐字逐句修改的。雖然她也是今年的應屆畢業生，她今年也順利獲得了CSC的獎學金。上海有一位醫生，研究計劃是他自己寫的，導師根本沒時間為他修改，但他本身非常非常優秀，又有8年臨床經驗。他今年也順利拿到了國家CSC的獎學金。CSC獎學金評選的規則：一流的大學，一流的導師和一流的你。CSC對一流的你會更加看重。所以研究計劃一定要認真推敲，反復修改。沒有獲得國家CSC獎學金的醫生也不要放棄，今年年底前你們順利到達德國并且成功注冊，你們還可以申請2025年3月的國家CSC獎學金。今年你們注冊成功后成為臨床醫學MD博士，如果你們的研究計劃做得非常不錯，你們明年再一次申請國家CSC獎學金的成功率就是百分百了。

On May 20th, all the scholarship application results from the China Scholarship Council (CSC) arrived. We have assisted 19 doctoral candidates in the application in 2024, among whom 15 get the funding from the CSC. Last year, three doctoral students missed the chance of CSC application. This year, as MD students in German universities, all of them are awarded the CSC scholarship in Germany. Last year, the CSC started to fund fresh graduates of master degree of medicine to pursue their MD degree in foreign countries. The candidates could apply for the funding only with an invitation letter from their supervisors. However, many of them failed to get the letter of acceptance from the universities, so they couldn't register as doctoral students although they got the funding from the CSC, which is a waste of the places of the scholarship. This is the reason why many fresh graduates fail to get the funding this year. Last year, the CSC application of Doctor Zhou from Hunan Province wasn't approved. This year in the second application, he revised his research proposal word by word over and over again and is awarded the funding successfully. Doctor Che from the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University got an overall band score of 8 in IELTS test and wrote an excellent research proposal, which enables him to pass the CSC application although he is a fresh graduate. Doctor Yang from China Medical University will graduate this year but also gets the funding smoothly after revising her research proposal with fine work. Doctor from Shanghai wrote the research proposal himself as his supervisor is too busy. But with his extraordinary ability and 8 years of clinical experience, his application for the scholarship is approved. The evaluation criteria of the CSC scholarship include the level of universities, the reputation of supervisors, and the ability of candidates. The Council attaches more importance to the quality of the candidates. Therefore, the research proposal must be revised and polished to be perfect. Other doctors who are not awarded the CSC funding don't be upset. If you could arrive in Germany by the end of this year and be registered successfully to be a doctoral student of the university, you still have a chance to apply for the scholarship in March 2025. If you could be registered as a doctoral student and complete a good research proposal, the application for the scholarship will be likely to get an approval next year.
